Introducing the Mobile Readiness Program
We’re proud to announce today the public release of our Mobile Readiness Program throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Designed to help businesses understand the challenges and opportunities that enterprise mobility can bring, we have developed the program to assist organisations in making the right decisions whilst avoiding costly mistakes.
The program consists of a half day ‘Mobility in the Enterprise’ workshop along with a comprehensive ‘Mobile Readiness Assessment’ offering. Provided individually or as a complete package, the focus of the program is to educate business on the areas they need to pay attention to when implementing mobile solutions, as well as assessing how mobile applications can improve business processes within their organisation.
Clarimont’s Managing Director, Stuart Hilditch, realised the need for the program when working with organisations that had attempted to implement mobile applications without considering all of the challenges involved – ultimately resulting in failed objectives. “Implementing mobile solutions can be relatively quick and simple for many organisations”, he explains, “but there’s a little bit of groundwork to be done first”. Groundwork that includes security assessments, user profiling, device analysis, the implementation of HR polices and a thorough understanding of how and why mobile applications can drive performance improvements within the organisation.
We believe that by educating organisations about enterprise mobility, the chances of success for mobile implementations are far higher. The program includes a framework for identifying and assessing which mobile applications would have the biggest impact within the organisation along with a tool to predict anticipated return on investment.
